Ignite your Fire – Online Training on Zoom – July 17-18, 2021

Yin Yoga & Fire Element of Chinese Medicine

Online Weekend Workshop
with Marcela Mota & Tobias Tang

During this weekend workshop you will learn about the 5 Elements of Nature, according to Chinese Medicine, diving deeper into the Fire Element, associated with the season of Summer. We will look at its main characteristics, related organs, energy pathways, yoga poses, acupressure points and associated emotions.

You will also learn how to apply this knowledge into your Yin Yoga practice, exploring the poses that support this Element, so that you can tap into your own healing powers and bring balance to body, mind and self. We will break down the Fire asanas, how to perform them safely, their modifications and the use of props.

Summer is the season associated with the Fire Element, when our world is in full bloom. It invites us to open up to passion, love and joy. This fiery energy reaches  out into the world through expression of enthusiasm, expansiveness and drive for warm connections and interactions. So come join us on this  online weekend workshop and learn how to remain joyful, passionate, optimistic and centred in your heart!
