In this free 1h30min video, we give you a little introduction on our Navigating Uncertainty Online Workshop.

We are inviting you to join us on an exploration of the relationship between stress and the immune and nervous systems, offering you simple exercises and Yoga practices to help the body experience safety and resilience.

This way you can navigate uncertainty with more ease and grace!

  • To empower you to be your own healer and to have ownership over your own wellbeing.
  • To help you reconnect with your inner wisdom so you can make decision that are aligned with your higher purpose.
  • For that, we dive into our nervous system and HeartCoherence, as well as our hormonal and immune systems and a lot more.

Course Structure

It’s made out of 4 classes of 1h30min each where we cover Nervous System, HeartCoherence, Hormonal and Immune systems.

Each class has a theory part with Medical Doctor Nienke Stoop and Yoga and Breathwork guided by Marcela Mota.

What will you need

  • A yoga mat
  • Cushions/pillows
  • A tennis ball (or similar)
  • Comfortable clothes
  • A notebook and pen in case you want to take notes
